Hourwall panels are made of the highest quality, high-density polyurethane and coatings on the market. All products come with a standard Class A fire-rating because we believe that high-quality products and safety should not be an upgrade. We take pride in using the finest finishing materials to hand-craft and finish every panel right here in North America.
Who We Are
We are a family run business that, together with our amazing team of artisans, sales staff, and customer service agents, have been creating the highest quality panels for almost 20 years. We pride ourselves in being heavily involved in the Architect and Design world, allowing us to create cutting edge products and lead our industry.
Product Development
From custom textured panels for large commercial clients to our always expanding line of standard panel profiles, we develop all products from scratch. We spend the time to properly source the most authentic materials for every item we create. We then assemble and pour the products into a panelled format we can create an authentic mold from. The final step is carefully cast all panels from the mold and hand-finish every detail of every piece to ensure we have kept the authentic look of the item we are recreating.
